Brampton Chamber Choir

Welcome to our website, where you can find out all about Brampton Chamber Choir, who we are, the music we sing, where we perform and how to contact us.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Coffee Morning on April 6th in Brampton - it was great to see you all and your support meant a very welcome boost to choir funds.

Brampton Chamber Choir is based in Brampton, Cumbria, UK. We have around 25 singing members, and specialise in Early Music, particularly works from the Renaissance and Early Baroque. Usually we sing unaccompanied, but sometimes will perform with instrumentalists or chamber ensembles.

Our singers mainly come from the Brampton area, but we have members in Carlisle, Alston and Cockermouth. We perform regularly in Lanercost Priory, Brampton Methodist Church and St Martin’s Church, Brampton. We have also sung in churches across North Cumbria, as well as Carlisle and Lancaster Cathedrals.
